NETWORK MARKETING

REASONS why u should start your network marketing business NOW

NOT YET INVOLVED WITH NETWORK MARKETING BIZ?...READ THIS ARTICLE......IT MIGHT BE YOUR BEST INVESTMENT EVER

The world is changing - and faster than it has ever done before.

Up until 250 years ago, almost everybody was 'self employed' and people traded goods and services between themselves to earn an 'INCOME'. The onset of the Industrial Revolution saw the birth of the corporation and the foundations of what we now know today as the 'JOB'.

Ever since then, society has directed people towards earning a living through having a job. We tell our children to "study hard at school to get a good job". The function of the education system has been primarily to prepare our children for jobs. (Or more accurately to 'spit' out an endless supply of tax payers!). Even in today's troubled times you hear about governments searching for ways to create jobs. But they can't hold back the tide for much longer - things are starting to turn full circle, back to where they were 250 years ago.

"THE CORPORATION AS WE KNOW IT IS UNLIKELY TO SURVIVE THE NEXT 25 YEARS" - by Peter Drucker, World Renowned Business Consultant

There is no such thing as JOB SECURITY or a 'JOB FOR LIFE' anymore. And maybe that is not such a bad thing, because having a job doesn't fit into many of our lifestyle aspirations of today.WE JUST HAVE TO BE PREPARED TO ALTER OUR MINDSETS - from that of needing to get a JOB, to that of finding a way to earn an INCOME. This is just one of the reasons why the Network Marketing business model is exploding across the world at the moment.

Many people choose to start up a company or a business by themselves, but the failure rate of small businesses is very high - as much as 80% within 5 years. Franchising is a very popular alternative because it offers all the branding, training and support of an established business. Therefore the failure rate is much lower, but the cost of buying into one of these opportunities is prohibitive for the majority of people. You also have to work very hard to recoup your initial outlay and some people just discover this to be swapping one job for another.

Network Marketing is a low cost, low risk business opportunity that is increasingly offering the same level of training and support systems that are found with Franchise companies. It is also a business that you can start off part-time and increase your involvement once it begins to bring in a significant income.

Many of today's most well-known entrepreneurs have spoken out about how Network Marketing is now recognised as a 'viable and genuine business model'. Richard Branson has his own Network Marketing business as does Warren Buffet, the world's richest man. He stated that it was "the best investment that I ever made".

Some experts predict that Network Marketing is entering the largest stage of growth in the industry's history and that this could last for the next 20 years! Their forecast for this is based on an alignment of the 5 critical factors which saw the Franchise industry boom in the 1980's.

If you are looking to start your own business or just an opportunity to create an extra income, then you should forget any preconceptions that you may have had and take a serious look at the Network Marketing Industry. You have nothing to lose and you may, like Warren Buffet, find it to be 'the best (time) investment you ever made'.

Are you ready for a Forevolution?
We asked that same question to everyone who attended the 2012 Super Rally in Phoenix, Arizona (whether it was in person or from home via the live feed) and over 2,600 Distributors answered–yes!

Over the course of the week, Distributors logged on to forevolution.biz to join the Forevolution. The game was designed to incorporate the two most popular social media platforms, Facebook and Twitter, to create a new, interactive Rally experience. In addition to the Twitter and Facebook chatter on forevolution.biz, a live Twitter feed was displayed during the onstage Rally events; streaming all the live tweets from our global audience – including those from the thousands of viewers joining the event via the live feed.
Each day, the Gamemaster posted challenges to forevolution.biz, Facebook & Twitter, asking all participants to either tweet responses using the hashtag #foreverglobal or post submissions to Facebook for a chance to win a prize. Challenges included tweeting the current temperature in Scottsdale, posting a creative picture of an Aloe Baby to Facebook and proclaiming how to qualify for next year’s Global Rally in Hawaii. Over 26 prizes were awarded throughout the week, including 4 brand new iPads.

“Although this week was all about fun and games, social media has the potential to really drive our business in the future. It can drive sales, recruit potential Distributors and connect current Distributors with their customer base,” says Director of Strategic Development, Andrew O’Hare.
Distributors who stopped by the Forevolution table to claim their prizes took time to share their experiences with our staff. Kim Nitta, a U.S. Regional Sales Director from Los Angeles, California claimed, “I created a Twitter account just to participate in the game and won a prize. Who would have thought I would ever join Twitter?” Another Distributor proclaimed, “I’ve never tweeted more in my life! The response I’ve received from my followers is amazing.“
A response from followers is something iPad winner, Oliver Lepki, knows something about. During the course of the week prior to Rally, over 200 of his friends and co-works tweeted, “I’m ready to Rally with Oliver Lepki. #foreverglobal.” aloe-baby-forevolutionWhen asked about his winning strategy, he answered: “I just posted it to Facebook and Twitter, and it went viral. All of a sudden, everyone was ready to Rally with me.” Oliver went on to say that “social media is a lot like our own business – network marketing. It starts with just one person sharing something with another, and the next thing you know, you’ve built an entire network.”
That just illustrates the power of social media today. Through the Forevolution movement, our Distributors were given the opportunity to learn how to harness that power to transform their businesses – and had a lot of fun along the way!
But, as Paul Muehlmann, Director of Marketing, put it, “this is just the beginning. We want to arm our Distributors with the necessary technical skills they need to really ‘forevolutionize’ the way we do business.”

Thank you, Oliver, for being a part of the Forevolution!

BUSINESS PROMOTION STRATEGIC
HELPED BY OTHERS YOU SUGGEST

When other people talk about your business, it increases credibility and adds value to your brand. But when people want to help you promote your business, do you know what to ask them to do?
Here are ways that other people, such as family, friends, community members, and network associates can help you promote your business.
  1. Display your literature.  Something as simple as a brochure on a table in a waiting room can pique the interest of potential customers.  If designed well, such promotional materials will attract others to pick them up, read them, and ask about them.  Other places to display information are community bulletin boards (clubhouse lobbies, libraries, municipal buildings, and online newsletters), local businesses with whom you have no direct competition, and places of worship.  Increasing your visibility can quickly add to your customer base.  Remember to ask permission from the appropriate people before doing so.
  2. Showcase your testimonials and reviews. Highlight your loyal client testimonials and reviews of your products/services in your literature, online presences and other marketing materials. People will be more likely to trust what their neighbors, friends and family say about your business than any other kind of marketing.
  3. Reward referrals.  People who help you promote your business can provide prospects that may be in need of your products or services with your contact information, a little bit about you, how they know you, etc.  If you have an incentive system in place to reward those who give you referrals, they will be more likely to continue doing so.
  4. Sponsor events.  When holding an event such as an open house, recruit others to donate space, equipment, advertising, or other resources needed.  This kind of help can be mutually beneficial as it increases the visibility and promotes the interests of all involved.  For example, if you sell jewelry and are running a holiday shopping promotion for corporate customers, ask someone you know who works in an office setting to let you set up in their conference room, talk up your event to coworkers, and perhaps recommend a local deli to provide finger foods and beverages.
  5. Use social media and contests.  You most likely already have a website, Facebook page, Twitter account, blog or any combination of these set up.  One key to making these work for you is to get others to want to share your content with their friends.  Consider setting up contests, polls and games that give out prizes. This encourages sharing of your information, products, or events and maximizes the effect that word of mouth can have.
  6. Invite you to relevant events.  Many business organizations hold conventions, workshops, and seminars for their members and guests.  Ask members of such organizations to invite you to one of these events.  For example, a workshop for interior designers would be a great place for a self-employed home organizer to meet prospects who may either be in need of their services or who regularly work with others that do.  Not only will you gain valuable information there, but you will also have a chance to meet potential customers.
  7. Tap influencers. Seek out influencers in your community and provide them an incentive to promote your business. The difference here is that influencers generally have larger networks and/or have more credibility. The key here is again to have them share your information and provide a testimonial to increase word of mouth.
Decide what methods you are most comfortable with in getting others to promote your business, and make a list for yourself.  Incorporate one of more of these methods on a regular basis to facilitate the growth of your business.
What have you found to be an effective way for others to promote you?  Please share your ideas and experiences below!

  1. The only way a Distributor can succeed in this business is by helping others succeed. The bigger the team is, and the closer they work together, the higher they can climb. You cannot become an Eagle Manager, a Diamond Manager,a Profit Sharing earner, a Rally qualifier, or a 12.5K CC achiever by holding others down. You build, you grow, and you work together, and when all is said and done, you know that by building your team morally and ethically you will continue to grow.
